A denser WCu material fosters improved electrical and thermal performance. Introducing copper during the sintering phase enhances density, though an excess may dampen conductivity. Our team leverages extensive expertise to strike an optimal balance between density and conductivity.

Adapting the grain size of tungsten within WCu materials boosts arc erosion resistance, a necessity for handling higher voltages. For exceptionally high voltages, PRECISION ELECTRICAL CONTACTS utilizes ultra-fine grain tungsten for superior performance.
